This was more an assay on how the brain works and what the latest research shows, than a practical transmission on how to train your encephalon. It gave some tips on how to recall things, though basically in regards on how to remember where you lot left your keys, glasses etc., the communication is simply to Like about people of my age, old age dementia and senility worry me equally I accept seen the devastating issue this has on all those around who have to deal with it.
